Mad for Solids // fabric bundle competition

If you or someone you love is into Basketball or sports in general, I know you’ve heard of March Madness, but have you heard of Mad for Solids?

Together with Paintbrush Studio Fabrics, a team of 7 other designers and myself have teamed up to bring you 8 amazing bundles of solid fabrics, and we’ll have a bracket-style competition to see which of these bundles is the crowd favorite.

The competition kicks off at 8 PM on March 17th, 2019 and each day will feature a new SEW-down where you can vote for your favorite bundle.

Here’s the rundown of the schedule for the first round of competitions:

March 18th: @littlepincushionstudio vs @iamgingerq

March 19th: @wholecirclestudio vs. @twiggyandopal

March 20th: @quiltingismybliss vs. @homemadeemilyjane (THAT’S ME!)

March 21st: @modernhandcraft vs. @stringandstory

The competition will officially run from Marth 18th – Marth 25th.

I would really appreciate if you would go to the PBSFabrics Instagram, Facebook, and Inspired by Fabric on March 20th to vote for my bundle (one vote per site per day!) If my bundle makes it all the way to the “Championship” you’ll really want to cast your vote then, because PBS Fabrics will randomly select voters to win your very own fat quarter bundle of the winning palette!

The fabric bundle I put together is named “Year-Round Sunshine” and is inspired by all the beautiful hues of plants and nature here in my hometown state of Sunny Florida (while most of the country is bundled up inside)! I hope it reminds you that Spring is on it’s way!

The fabrics in this bundle include: Amber, Bubble Gum, Coral, Maize, Pale Aqua, Poseidon, River, and Verbena.
